Shipping Policy
At Parnesspr, we aim to make your shopping experience clear, reliable, and stress-free—especially when it comes to shipping. This policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered so you know exactly what to expect from checkout to arrival.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During this time, we verify payment details, confirm order accuracy, prepare items, perform quality checks, and securely package each shipment before dispatch.
Our business days run Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed outside business hours or after 7:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next available business day to ensure proper handling.
Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will enter processing on the following business day.
Extended Processing for Special Orders
Customized or personalized products—such as items with names, text, artwork, or unique design requests—require an additional 1–3 business days for production and verification.
Large or bulk orders containing more than 50 units may require 7–10 business days, depending on inventory availability and production capacity. These timelines allow our teams to maintain quality and accuracy across all items.
Same-day processing is available only for non-custom orders placed before 7:00 PM (EST).
Shipping Carriers
Once processing is complete, orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on destination, package size, weight, and delivery reliability.
Carrier selection is handled automatically to ensure the safest and most efficient route for your order.
Shipping Fees
All domestic orders are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 USD.
This fee supports secure packaging, careful handling, and consistent delivery service with no hidden costs at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time
After shipment, most U.S. orders arrive within 5–12 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier operations, and seasonal volume.
Rural or remote areas may experience slightly longer transit times. Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or operational issues may also affect delivery schedules.
During peak seasons such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and major holidays, processing and delivery times may extend. We recommend placing time-sensitive orders 2–3 weeks in advance.
Shipping Limitations
At this time, Parnesspr does not ship to the following locations:
• Alaska
• Hawaii
• U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and American Samoa)
• P.O. Boxes
• APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
These restrictions are due to carrier and logistical limitations. We are continuously working to expand our shipping coverage.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, depending on the contact details provided at checkout.
Tracking information typically becomes active within 24–48 hours after the carrier receives the package. During peak seasons, tracking updates may take slightly longer to appear.
Holidays & Peak Periods
National holidays, promotional events, and extreme weather conditions can impact processing and delivery times. Planning ahead during these periods helps ensure timely delivery.
