The 4-Hour Change Window (Important Notice)

Customers have a strict 4-hour window from the time an order is placed to request any modification or cancellation.

During this short holding period, orders are temporarily paused, allowing customers to review and correct details if necessary. Once the 4-hour window expires, the order is automatically released into production and becomes final.

Changes Allowed Within the 4-Hour Window

Within the first 4 hours, customers may request the following:

• Size changes
• Color or style updates
• Corrections to custom text or personalization
• Replacement of uploaded images or design files
• Changes to product type or quantity
• Full order cancellation
• Shipping address updates

All requests must be submitted within this timeframe to be eligible for review.

Why the 4-Hour Policy Is Strict

After the holding window ends, orders immediately enter active production stages. This may include reviewing custom designs or personalization details, preparing printing or production files, allocating materials and inventory, and scheduling the order into the production queue.

Once these steps begin, changes or cancellations may result in delays or material waste. For this reason, the 4-hour rule applies equally to all customers without exception.

How to Request a Change or Cancellation (Within 4 Hours)

If you need to make an adjustment, time is critical. Email is the fastest and most reliable method.

Use the subject line for priority handling:
“URGENT: Order [Your Order Number] Change/Cancellation”

Include the following details in your message:

• Your full name
• The email address used at checkout
• Your order number
• A clear and specific explanation of the requested change

Examples of clear requests include changing size, canceling the order, updating the shipping address, or replacing an uploaded image with the correct file.

You may also contact us through the Contact Us page at parnesspr.com, but email is strongly recommended for urgent requests. Requests submitted after 4 hours will be declined because the order will already be in production.

No Changes Accepted After 4 Hours

Once the flexibility window closes, the order is considered final.

At this stage, Parnesspr cannot accommodate size adjustments, color or design changes, custom text edits, replacement of uploaded files, order cancellations, or shipping address updates.

This policy ensures consistent fulfillment timelines and fairness for all customers.

Customer Responsibility for Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. This includes verifying the street name and number, apartment or unit number, city, state, ZIP code, correct spelling, and that the address is recognized by carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

Even minor errors can cause delivery delays or failed shipments.

Consequences of Incorrect Address Information

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment costs.

Common delivery issues may include insufficient address details, missing unit numbers, address not found, or recipient relocation.

If tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled, and Parnesspr is not responsible for replacement or refund.
