A. 30-Day Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return period starting from the date your order is delivered. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within this timeframe, provided that:

• Items are unused, unworn, unwashed, and show no signs of damage not caused during shipping
• Original tags and packaging are intact
• A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is provided

These conditions help us ensure returned products remain in resalable condition.

To minimize unnecessary waste, Parnesspr does not include pre-printed return labels in packages. If you need to initiate a return:

Once your return is received and inspected—typically within 24 hours of delivery—you will receive a confirmation email. Approved refunds are usually processed within 14 days, though your bank may require an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the funds.

D. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to assist:

• After verification, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost

E. Exchanges

G. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of placement for a full refund. After this window, orders may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
